Notarial matters and rental management
The owner of the consultancy firm and the most senior member of the team. As well as coordinating the documentation signed at the notary’s office and calculating the taxes on rentals, he uses his experience to answer any enquiry and deal with any procedure.
Name changes, payment of bills, NIEs (Identification Number for Foreigners) and support for any other matter.
She is charge of processing the paperwork with the electricity, telephone and insurance companies, she does the accounts related to expenditure and she provides assistance in income tax campaigns and rentals.
Notarial matters and income management.
She is in charge of filing the annual non-resident income tax returns. She is German, so she can provide specific personalised assistance to German speaking clients.
ASTER was set up more than 50 years ago as a surveyors office in charge of cadastral surveying in the province of Girona.
As a result of the growth of Empuriabrava and Santa Margarida (Roses), we have specialised in legalizing and processing the documentation of apartment blocks and housing, therefore establishing long-term cooperation with real estate agencies and foreign property owners.
Over the years, we have evolved so that we can deal with notarial procedures and tax management, inheritances, deeds, holiday rentals and property management.
